Hours per week

40 hours /week (fulltime)


The receptionists are the face of the Mosaik building: they receive visitors, respond to questions, and help people register for classes.

The receptionists are also involved in scheduling classes (together with the teachers) and contacting students for class placement and regarding absences.


Key objectives / responsibilities of the role

  • Receive visitors and answer their questions/request or redirect them, answer questions by phone and email
  • Help people register for classes and activities
  • Organize class schedule and student placement in classes, together with the teachers
  • Contact students regarding absences, together with their teachers
  • Ensure students have the material they need for classes (bus tickets, exit papers, notebooks, etc.)
  • Make sure the classrooms are in order at the start and the end of the day
  • Keep an eye on the general needs in the building, making sure the spaces are welcoming and ready for use by staff and students/visitors. Connect with the logistics team when necessary
  • Opening and closing the building at the start and the end of the day
  • Any other relevant duties assigned by the Project Coordinator

Required experience

  • Preferred: experience in working with people of different cultural backgrounds
  • Preferred: experience in administrative work
  • Preferred: basic computer skills (word, excel, google docs)

Required qualities

  • Fluency in Farsi, good level of English
    Greek and/or other languages (French, Arabic)
  • Flexible, problem-solver
  • Organized, with an eye for detail
  • Positive contribution to the team
  • Clear communicator
