Racist violence consists of crimes perpetrated against individuals and their communities because of a real or perceived difference based on national or ethnic origin, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.
One year passed since the opening of the super-structure, yet most of its facilities are out of service. 1000 people trapped in one third of the structure are still waiting on the humiliating “food line” outside of the container.
